Keap (Infusionsoft) vs Act-On

When it comes to making your email marketing campaigns more efficient, data-driven, and results-oriented, both Keap and Act-On can give you some really good features to work with. Both have their differences, but the impact of these variations in functionality all come down to what you are trying to achieve with it.

With both of these tools offering similar potential for success with different features, it’s worth seeing how well they compare against each other.

Although both platforms are relatively similar in features, Keap would still be the better option for those companies that are on the moderate to the large side in terms of their sizes. Having about 10 or more employees can lead to much better customization results, which this tool offers. You can take full advantage of its substantial range of personalized features, thus allowing you to control your email marketing campaigns more closely.

On the other hand, Act-On is almost the same in this regard, but it might be best for companies that are on the smaller side. While it’s also highly customizable, this attribute is more suited for those with simpler email marketing campaign plans that don’t require all that much tinkering. Basically, if your email marketing campaign is more straightforward with a minimal personalization requirement needed, this tool would be the better choice.

With both of these email marketing tools offering monthly and yearly subscription options, many might be tempted to go with the shorter plan. However, we highly recommend that you choose the yearly plans instead since they can yield savings of 10 percent or more depending on the service that you are using. It’s the better choice.
